Hi. I sent more complicated versions of this to your dad for him to use his discretion in guiding you, but as a simplified version:

1. Keep dreaming of the future whether it is being the first Afghan American/Afghan Hazara/Afghan woman astronaut or something else, and learn things related to your dreams like about astronomy and space sciences if that is your dream.

2. You know a LOT for a student your age as I am sure you realize by comparison to your classmates. Find a way to demonstrate this - I sent your dad a link to a geography competition where your knowledge of history, world cultures and religions will help to answer the questions correctly.

3. I think it is great how you learn Islamic studies in addition to secular studies as well as about other religions like Christianity and Judaism and what different religions have in common. When you write "One thing I’m worried about is school fights and things like that. I know that fights and other problems usually happen more in middle and high schools, and while I’m not worried about getting into one myself — because I know how to stay away from trouble — I’m nervous about possibly getting caught up in someone else’s drama", Islam teaches you how to navigate such social situations while I believe you will also be able to advise your peers on the basis of principles shared by all world religions or else advise them to seek the wisdom of their own religions.
