There’s a lot of information floating around about the artist formerly known as Twitter today, so let’s play a game: Just the Fact, Ma’am.
Earlier reports said there were three others emplacing IEDs in New Orleans.

Analysis: The New Orleans attack was a great soft target for a former Army reservist who was likely radicalized by ISIS online. It was also symbolic: American decadence. The Trump Tower attack has not been linked to the New Orleans attack. Maybe it’s a coincidence? Maybe. But a Telsa vehicle exploding outside of Trump Tower following the New Orleans attack? Quite a coincidence. Now, let’s add an ongoing search in Houston.
These three events may be linked together, which would lend credence to at least one cell supporting the New Orleans attack, with possibly more in Houston or near Las Vegas.
I’ve yet to read anything that leads me to believe there will not be more attacks—unless someone else sees something. More to follow. This will be a VERY fluid situation so there will be stray rounds.
