What a week! We cranked a lot of great content, hit 200 paid subscribers, and
bought season box suites for the UFL’s Arlington Renegades.I love football, but I don’t like going to games anymore. There are just too many people, the sound is deafening, and people often get drunk. And when people get hammered, and they’re into football, fights usually break out.
It’s one of many reasons I don’t go to many football games anymore. It’s just too much money and too much anxiety, and sometimes discretion is the better part of valor. So, like many of my friends, I often watch football from home when I have time. Sorry, I’m a Cowboy and Aggie fan. It’s not like I’m dying to watch us lose.
Anyway, we’re going to use a portion of these box suites for GWOT veterans, specifically those GWOT combat veterans who have not been able to attend games because of PTSD, Moral Injury, TBIs, etc. So, if you know someone in Texas who fits that description, we’re taking applications: gcv.friends@gmail.com. We’ll provide more information on this soon after I speak with my team and pick the perfect game.
